Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the process take?
Generally we encourage you to begin the ordering process at least 8 weeks before you would like to MAIL your invitations The invitation
creation process can take several weeks after you place your order. We strive to get your initial proof to you within a week or ordering
however in busier times it can take up to 2 weeks. Photos submitted for the Personal Series should be submitted at the time of ordering.
Any delay in submitting or any problems with the photos will result in additional delays. Any changes you make to the final proof will also
add additional time to the process (so please account for extra time if you do not submit finalized text when ordering.) Once you approve
the final proof, it will take up to 3 weeks to print the final invitations. Shipping is determined by you. We ship UPS ground, 2 day or overnight.

Can I order samples?
Yes. We encourage you to order  samples to ensure that you are happy with the invitations you select. Samples are available in a packet of
3 for $8.00 plus shipping. Click here to order samples.

Can I return my invitations if I change my mind?
No. We cannot resale your invitations so therefore they cannot be returned. Please order samples to ensure that you will be happy with
what you receive.

Can I pay by check?
Yes. We accept personal checks (must clear bank before proceeding with order so I can feed my family!). We also accept credit card
payments through PayPal.
